ANDALUSIA TECHNOLOGY PARK

Andalusia Technology Park (PTA), has become an international benchmark in the science and technology park sector. It is a good example of how to establish a technology park in regions with low economic development, and it is a reference in the construction of new parks in both Spain and South America.

Although it is generalist, it is dominated by the information technology sector, both research and development, and the manufacture of equipment and services.

Over 500 local, national and international companies are currently located in the park, employing approximately 14,000 workers. Today, it aims to be committed to its surrounding environment, which is why it has signed up to the Zero-Hytechpark project. As part of the project, it collaborates in the promotion and dissemination of energy sustainability, and the use of new hydrogen technologies, as well as in the promotion of sustainable mobility, which is respectful of the environment.
